Yes. For JPEG and WebP you can enable Target file size and enter a maximum number of kilobytes — the resizer searches for the best quality that stays under your limit, which is ideal for forms, email and upload limits.
How do I make a transparent PNG?+
Use the background remover, keep the background set to Transparent, refine the cutout if needed, then export as PNG. The transparency is preserved for logos, stickers and product photos.
